Imperial
Say hello to my newest addition to the herd: Imperial. I based this portrait on a photo by Tony Stromberg from his equine photography volume Horses. Despite his modest expression, Imperial came home from this year’s 4-H art judging with state-wide ‘Special Recognition’ and ‘Best in Fair’ rosettes! Affirmation at such high levels is exciting and inspiring. I can’t thank my community and family enough for their encouragement on the way to this success.
